As you all know, COVID-19 has altered our day-to-day lives in so many ways, especially when it comes to situations where large groups of people will be congregating. To do our part to minimize exposure and create an atmosphere where the best interests and safety of our riders are the priority, we will be making some minor alterations to our events until further notice.

Onsite Registration

To minimize unnecessary exposure, our timing partner will leave online event registration open through the times designated for onsite registration for that specific event. Anyone who will be registering the day before and the day of the event will need to use their personal device (tablet, phone, etc.) to register. Once registered, a bib will be issued to you.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

While we encourage everyone to supply their own PPE, we understand that sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we may have misplaced or not brought PPE along with us. Due to this, hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available to event participants and spectators on an as-needed basis. When using disposable PPE, we ask that you please dispose of it properly. The landowners for our events use their land for agricultural purposes and having litter on their property is unacceptable to them and to us. Thank you, in advance, for having pride in the beautiful land that we have been afforded to race on!

Starting Line

Some of you may be happy to know that for events where we would typically have a Le Mans start, we will be staggering the start time by event type. For example, if the event includes 6, 12, and 24-hour participants, we will deploy the 6-hour participants first, then the 12-hour participants, and finally, the 24-hour participants. Specific directions will be given at the pre-race meeting for that specific event.

As always, thank you all so much for supporting Terra Firma Racing! We know that support is a two-way street, and we are so happy and fortunate that we have such motivated racers in our community!! Much love and respect to everyone! See you at the starting line!!
