2025 Wicked West Trail Run

The Wicked West Trail Run is a 5k, 12k or 13.1 mile event on the west side of Northshore Trail, one of the most popular trails in Texas. The west side of this trail is known for its rugged terrain and excellent scenery as you run along the heavily wooded northern shore of Grapevine lake.

Aid Stations

We try to be be eco-friendly at all of our races. To reduce trail litter and overall waste, we do not supply cups at the aid stations. There will be water out on the course every 1.5-3 miles, but you are responsible for providing your own drinking vessel (hydration packs recommended).

  • 5K – Moderately rugged terrain with one aid station midway through the course.
  • 10K – Rugged terrain with aid stations at 1.5, 3, & 6 mile points.
  • 13.1mi – Rugged Terrain with aid stations at 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 10, & 11.5 mile points.
