EVENT INFO

The Rock Dallas Trail Run is a 5K, 15K or 13.1 mile event on the east side of North Shore Trail, one of the most popular trails in Texas. The East side of this trail is known for its smooth flowing trails and excellent scenery as you run along the wooded northern shore of Grapevine Lake.

AID STATIONS

We try to be eco-friendly at all of our races. To reduce trail litter and overall waste, we do not supply cups at the aid stations. There will be water out on the course every 1.5-3 miles, but you are responsible for providing your own drinking vessel (hydration packs recommended).

  • 5K – Slightly rugged terrain with one aid station midway through the course.
  • 15K – Slightly rugged terrain passing 5 aid stations.
  • 13.1mi – Moderately rugged terrain with passing 6 aid stations.
