The Rock Dallas Trail Run is a 5k, 15k or half marathon event.  This race is designed for runners at any level; from competitive racers to first time runners who want to get their feet wet with trail running!

Lose yourself among the open trails and natural beauty of North Texas! Best Day Ever Ranch has 200 picturesque acres to explore and enjoy. The surrounding forest’s natural beauty features cabin accommodations, primitive camping, and many ranch activities, including hiking and biking trails, fishing, and paddle boarding. Aid Stations

We try to be be eco-friendly at all of our races. To reduce trail litter and overall waste, we do not supply cups at the aid stations. There will be water out on the course every 3-5 miles, but you are responsible for providing your own drinking vessel.

Aid Stations: Our aid stations went “green” a few years ago, which means we do not use cups. Please come prepared with your own hydration pack or foldable cup. We provide unmanned aid stations with 5-gallon jugs of water and Pick Juice where you can refill along the way.

13.1 miler – 3 aid stations (the 4th station is at the start/finish line where there is a neutral table you can place any special nutrition you want). You come by that aid station when changing loops and will cross the timing mat for an interval time.
15k – 2 aid stations
5k – 1 aid station

Extra Bits

*Right to Cancel or Reschedule – Terra Firma Racing LLC reserves the right in the event of inclement weather, emergency, or natural disaster to cancel the race or move to a later time that day or alternate date within the year (if available). In the event of a CANCELLATION with no ability to reschedule, there will be NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEES.  Each athlete must accept any such risk for their entry paid.
